Charity is a beautiful expression of our love for our brothers and sisters. Faced with situations of calamity and misery, I feel moved to act on behalf of my suffering brother? What actions do I take to reduce poverty in the world? What can I do today to help a less fortunate neighbor? Lord, just as you cared for the small and vulnerable, may I also help by donating some of my time and even my material goods to ease the material and spiritual suffering of my neighbor.
