Universal: Human Solidarity
That the aged, marginalized, and those who have no one may find–even within the huge cities of the world–opportunities for encounter and solidarity.
Evangelization: Seminarians and Novices
That seminarians and men and women entering religious life may have mentors who live the joy of the Gospel and prepare them wisely for their mission.
God our Father,
the human being is created for respect and love,
which are sources of true joy.
Many of your children live in solitude,
especially neglected are the elderly and marginalized.
Let my heart be available to share their joys and difficulties.
Let me increase my attention toward and solidarity with those who are alone.
I pray also this month for all those who are responsible for the formation of priests and religious, to be an example of life marked by the Gospel.
Our father; Ave Maria; Glory …
Resolutions for this month:
- I will approach family and friends who live alone and help them in their needs.
- I will seek institutions that can help those who are unable to help themselves.
- I will pray for the leaders of seminarians and novices and publicize the importance of this intention.
