Let us pray for the Church, that She may receive from the Holy Spirit the grace and strength to reform herself in the light of the Gospel.

Jesus Christ, master and head of the Church, who desires that she be faithful to you and modeled after you, we ask you that, without delay, our Church may proclaim the joy of the Gospel. Send your spirit over Her, making her obedient and available so that, through action, prayer, and discernment, she may navigate the true path of conversion, deepening her constant missionary vocation and reaching all places and all people with the light of the Gospel and the comfort of the Father’s love.
Here I am on this new day.
Place my heart once more
next to the Heart of your Son Jesus,
who is giving himself for me and who comes to me in the Eucharist.
May your Holy Spirit make me his friend and apostle,
available for his mission of compassion.
I place in your hands my joys and hopes,
my works and sufferings, everything that I am and have,
in communion with my brothers and sisters of this Worldwide Prayer Network.
With Mary, I offer you my day for the mission of the Church
and for the prayer intentions of the Pope and my Bishop for this month.

- Love the Church
“A maternal Church walks the path of tenderness; she knows the language of wisdom, of silence, of the compassionate and quiet gaze” (Pope Francis). I will love the Church through specific acts of personal prayer with Christ and through service towards those around me.
- Allow ourselves to be transformed
“Reforming structures that require pastoral conversion means that all of them become more missionary” (Pope Francis). Let us allow ourselves to be inspired in creative ways to evanglize in our communities, families, and workplaces.
- Discern and choose the best
“Let us discern among all voices which is the Lord’s voice, his voice that leads us to resurrection, to life” (Pope Francis). Let us make sure we maintain an inner attitude that listens to the things that resonate in our heart so that we can recognize what opens our heart to love and compassion and choose it.
- Live in deep friendship with Jesus
Jesus’ whole life, his way of treating the poor, his actions, his consistency, his daily generosity and simplicity, and finally, his total surrender, is all precious. It all speaks to our own lives” (Pope Francis). This month, choose one of the four Gospels and read it from beginning to end slowly, everyday, entering into dialogue and friendship with Jesus Christ.
- Be available for Christ’s mission
Your heart knows that life is not the same without Him; it is that discovery, that thing that helps you to live and gives you hope which you need to communicate to your neighbors, making yourself free to lovingly serve where you’re needed.
