Create space in your schedule to be with the Lord this afternoon. Put yourself in prayer and meditate on the words of the Pope: “The current context demands a global financial framework, with its own fair and clear rules, to achieve a more equitable and united world, in which it is possible to defeat hunger, to offer everyone a decent work, a decent home and the necessary health care.” Justice, equity, solidarity, dignity … what can you do today to make these words a reality around you?

Take some time to look at this day that is ending and be grateful for what you experienced. How was your relationship with others and with your environment? Have you taken good care of each person that entered your life today?
