Cut back on your activities to give your heart a rest. Take up the intention that the Pope proposes to us this month and renew your offer for so many women victims of violence who need to be heard in their pain. “The media can help us feel closer to each other, to perceive a renewed sense of unity in the human family that encourages us to solidarity and a serious commitment to a more dignified life for all.” Use the media to cultivate listening and closeness. Relaunch your day.

Calm yourself for the ending of this day. Collect what you have experienced and be grateful for everything since it was for your growth. How was your day? Were you available to help and serve your brothers, especially a woman in need? How did you express your love in the task and service for her? The love you give from the heart is the oil with which you heal wounds.
