With Jesus in the morning

Give thanks for this day and offer your life for the service of Christ’s mission of compassion. Jesus is deeply moved and his heart rebels in pain. “He was approached by a leper who, on his knees, pleadingly said: ‘If you want, you can cleanse me.’ Angered, he reached out his hand, touched him and said, ‘I want to. It is clean’” (Mark 1:40-45). Are you attentive and do you realize those who suffer by your side and need you? Stop the march of your day. Although sometimes helpful, the march is annoying and distracts you from the things that truly matter. Surrender! Our Father…

With Jesus during the day

Take a break to pray and see how your morning has gone. How have your meetings been? The Pope tells us that “to come closer, express oneself, listen to each other, look at each other, get to know each other, try to understand each other, look for points of contact, all of this can be summed up in the verb ‘dialogue.’” Learning to dialogue is a way of meeting with your brothers and sisters. It is an opportunity to consider their points of view, their needs, and also to practice listening. Relaunch your day with the purpose of listening more. Speak less and make room for your brother and sister. Understand them in their experience.

With Jesus in the night

Enter the silence of the afternoon contemplating the Mother of Jesus at the foot of the cross. Listen with her to the suffering of so many women in the world and especially those who are closest to you. Have you been able to sympathize with specific gestures or have you been indifferent? What can you offer them? Talk to God and commit yourself to tomorrow. Choose acts of love incarnate towards them. Hail Mary…
