With Jesus during the day

Take some time to pause and ponder the intention for the month. The Pope brings us the Good Samaritan and tells us that “he was the one who became a neighbor to the wounded Jew. In order to become close and present, he crossed all cultural and historical barriers.” What barriers separate you from those brothers with whom you have put distance? What prevents you from reconciling with them? Take the initiative so that difficulties do not keep separating you from them. Make no room for division. Become a neighbor to others.

Go inside yourself and be thankful for the day that ends. How has it been? Look at the moments when you had some difficulty with someone. What thoughts appeared? What attitudes did you have? Did you cultivate unity or division? In the face of conflicts, ask God for help to build bridges. Do not be guided by your adverse feelings and do not abandon your good purposes.
