Pause in the middle of the day to regain your strength. The Pope tells us that “one thing is to feel obligated to live together, and quite another is to appreciate the richness and beauty of the seeds of life in common that must be sought and cultivated together.” How much do you value the presence of others in your mission when they think differently than you? Strive to highlight meeting points, common horizons, shared history, and don’t focus on differences. Look at the common ground that unites and not what separates. Renew your resolution for today.

Get away from your activities to end the day. Regain stillness and calm within yourself. How are you doing right now? What do you want to be thankful for in what you have experienced today? Remember your attitudes from the day and discover the moments in which you have sown peace, that you were benevolent, positive, and the moments in which you valued others. How did you feel in those moments? Be grateful for the moments in which you have been an instrument of peace, and make that your resolution for tomorrow. Hail Mary…
