Be grateful for this last day of the year. Put in your heart all the moments the Lord was present in your life, calling you to his mission of compassion for the world. “The Word became flesh” (John 1:14). And he continues to incarnate in places of service, where we welcome his call with our generous, “Yes.” The place of incarnation of this mission is the Pope’s prayer intention for which we pray and which we fulfill in our lives. Continue offering yourself for this mission of compassion and be thankful that the Lord calls you to it. Our Father…

On this last day of the year, pause, look at how God has been in your life throughout the year. Focus on this month in how you have deepened your encounter with him in prayer. May your prayer always be close like that of Abraham’s. “Thus, Abraham becomes familiar with God, even able to argue with him, but ever faithful” (Pope Francis). What special grace have you received this month? What do you want to thank God for? Commit to continue growing in the life of prayer and deepening your friendship with Jesus.

What encounters have encouraged you? What jobs have brought you joy? Discover the moments that move you forward and help you sustain the momentum. Be grateful and take care of them in future! Hail Mary…
