With Jesus during the day

Take a break during the day to relaunch the afternoon with your heart centered on the Lord. The Pope says that Bartimaeus, “is completely alone, and nobody cares. And what does Bartimaeus do? Shouts. And keeps screaming. He uses the only weapon he has: his voice. He starts yelling, ‘Son of David, Jesus, have mercy on me.’” Imagine that the Lord passes your way this afternoon. Use your voice as Bartimaeus and ask what you need, the Lord wants you to express your desire, to show him your heart. Relaunch your afternoon.
