In the light of the Gospel, let us echo the words of Pope Francis who tells us that the participation of the laity is still not enough, in some cases because “they were not formed to assume important responsibilities, in others because they did not find space in their particular Churches to be able to express themselves and act, as a result of an excessive clericalism that keeps them on the fringes of decisions.” What do these words say to you? With Jesus during the day

Take a moment of rest to encounter the Master. The world needs you, your little gestures can make your community more fraternal and humane. What needs to be humanized near you? Look at the day with hope. What resolution can you make to humanize your environments? Open your heart to tomorrow and choose life, unity, care for the common home, sobriety, simplicity, and sharing. The Lord invites you to put “your loaves and your fish” into play to feed others and make your mission concrete. What do you have to give?

Become aware of how you feel now. Give thanks to God for the little details that filled you with joy and hope. Look at the general activities of the day. Have you chosen life in all your actions? You have loved others? Were you in a bad mood or felt anger? Talk to God and commit tomorrow to choose life, to help others and serve them with a smile. Hail Mary…
