Perceive God, close your eyes and let yourself be found by him. Inner silence is an anticipation of the encounter with the Lord. Stay alone and be silent. Before returning to your activities thank God for this encounter.

At the end of the day I think over what has passed. I am grateful for the great and small graces God has given me: a conversation, a surprise, or a meeting with someone. I become aware of the painful or sad moments of the day. Did I hurt anyone? Sometimes we hurt those we love. How can I repair the damage I did?
