“Prayer is but a fact of love, and it is foolish to think that prayer is only given when time and solitude are available.” (St. Teresa of Jesus) Prayer can take many forms, such as a thought, a word, a minute of silence, a minute of contemplation for all that is good, a dialogue with the Lord. This can all be prayer! When my prayer is of gratitude, happiness will overflow in me. When I put my miseries before the Lord, he transforms me, takes away what is bad, restores what is good, and abides with me in his love.

I surrender all of my concerns to God. Our Father…
